1. General Provisions

Welcome to Lysoria. We provide courses on IT security and literacy through our domain lysoria.club. By enrolling in our offerings, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. 2. Definitions

“Service” refers to live or scheduled educational sessions. “Infoproduct” refers to downloadable or streaming digital materials. “Goods” refers to any physical item sold through Lysoria.

3. Types of Offerings and Related Policies

3.1 Services

Services include live webinars, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring sessions. Booking a Service reserves a dedicated time slot and instructor resources.

Transfer: You may request a change of schedule or transfer to another session at least 7 days before the original date by contacting us via Contact Form. Transfers are subject to availability.

Refunds: Service fees are eligible for refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the first session. Requests must be submitted via Contact Form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

Non-Refundable Services: Individual coaching sessions and live certifications require preparation and dedicated staffing. These items are non-refundable once scheduled. This policy ensures quality delivery and resource commitment.

3.2 Infoproducts

Infoproducts include e-books, video courses, and downloadable guides. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

Refunds: Purchases of infoproducts may be refunded within 10 days of the transaction provided that less than 25% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests must be submitted via Contact Form. Approved reimbursements are issued within 10 days after approval.

After 25% access, all sales of infoproducts are final due to digital delivery and usage tracking.

3.3 Goods

Goods include printed manuals, branded merchandise, and other physical items.

Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via Contact Form. Items must be returned in original condition at the purchaser’s expense. Approved reimbursements are issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection.

Reimbursements are processed via the original payment method and issued within the timeframes specified above. If the original method is unavailable, we will offer store credit valid for use on lysoria.club.

Exceptions: Services that involve third-party certification exams or custom course development are non-refundable due to third-party fees and preparatory work.

5. Modification of Terms

Lysoria reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on lysoria.club and are effective upon posting.
